Providing advice to Phil Rudd the drummer for AC/DC in respect of the band's current world tour, merchandising activities and multiplatinum selling Black Ice album.

Advice to POP Film Limited in respect of various legal aspects of the production of, and subsequent international distribution arrangements for, their TV documentary 'Flight of the Conchords: On Air'.

• Providing ongoing advice to New Zealand's leading provider of mobile and digital music in respect of the legal issues associated with their music services.

• Providing legal advice to Metia Interactive in respect of the licensing of music and sound effects for their latest game 'CUBE', released worldwide by D3P Publishing on the Sony PSP.

• Advising Nesian Mystik in respect of their exclusive music publishing deal for Japan.

• Advice to Auckland Sculptor Brett Graham on his commissioning arrangement with the P.A. Edmiston Trust for the creation of two sculptures entitled 'Whaowahi' located at the new South entrance of the Auckland War Memorial Museum.

• Acting as the sole provider of legal advice to Tech Inventions in respect of issues relating to the worldwide licensing and appointment of resellers for their software product easyCMDB.

• Acting as the sole provider of legal advice to the Stardome Observatory in Auckland in respect of the multimillion dollar international tender for the upgrade of their visitors centre digital multimedia planetarium.
