McLaughlin Law Provides Production Templates for the New Zealand Film Commission
McLaughlin Law has recently been selected by the New Zealand Film Commission to provide template production contracts for the Commission's newly established Escalator scheme which is focused on supporting the production of up to four feature films a year by new and emerging film makers.
"We are proud to work with Film Commission on the Escalator initiative in supporting the development of New Zealand's next generation of dynamic and talented filmmakers" said David McLaughlin, Principal of McLaughlin Law. "The Film Commission’s commitment to supporting the Peter Jacksons and Jane Campions of the future is to be applauded and will certainly provide great benefits to the New Zealand film industry both now and in the future."
The successful projects selected for the Escalator scheme in 2010 are expected to go into production by end of the year.
