Jacqui Smale - Solicitor

Jacqui joined us in April 2011, bringing with her a strong interest and background in intellectual property law having come from a commercial/litigation team within a specialist IP firm.

Jacqui has previously participated in a variety of work from copyright and trade mark infringement cases to advising on the commercial aspects of intellectual property protection as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.  Jacqui originally started her career as a junior tax consultant for one of the major accounting firms.

Jacqui has a keen interest in RnB and hip hop music, films especially the festival genre, arcade style video games, and books.
